Set up in 2005, the Pennine Link is an informal network of u3a's in our area. Our main aim is to provide a meeting ground for the Committees to exchange ideas, discuss common issues and support each other's events. Meetings are held twice yearly and the participating u3a's take it in turn to host and chair the meeting. At the moment Pennine Link comprises Marple, Marple Bridge & Mellor, New Mills, and Romiley.

Any member of a Pennine Link u3a may be able to join the Group activity of of one of the other u3a’s in Pennine Link, subject to there being space for an additional member in that Group.
