When: Fortnightly on Tuesday afternoons 2:00 PM-4:00 PM
Once a fortnight
Venue: Members own home

We have been meeting for nearly twenty years. Initially we had a tutor but unfortunately she died so we are now much more of a self help Group

We are working our way through the Pasos 2 Spanish Intermediate Course book Fourth Edition which includes several CD's. This tutors us in Spanish grammar and vocabulary, listening and speaking Spanish.

We find the hardest part is listening to spoken Spanish as they speak very quickly. We often have to listen to a passage  a few times before we can make sense of it. Currently we are revising the future tense which is one of the easiest tenses to learn. We are spending more time these days speaking Spanish.

Each session lasts about an hour and a half. This is followed by a welcome cup of tea and a chat- in English!

We have room for new members who have a working knowledge of Spanish.
